We set it up
Hosting is provisioned after payment and your dashboard shows Setting up until it's ready. Then you get connection details, or we install WordPress for you.
We keep it running
TLS certificates, platform updates and snapshot schedules are handled on our side. Plan limits are shown plainly; nothing is unlimited.
You stay in control
Upload your own site, point a domain you already own, request a plan change or cancellation from the website page. Requests show up as tickets you can follow.
Hosting questions
Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No. Each hosting plan can be paired with a new domain from your cart or with a domain you already own. We validate the pairing before checkout.
Is there a control panel?
Control panel access will be provided through a server-authorized link once the hosting supplier is connected. The preview does not show a button that pretends to open one.
What are the limits really?
Storage, number of websites, staging and snapshot retention are listed per plan. They are configurable defaults pending supplier confirmation and may change before launch.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Use “Request a change” on the website page. Upgrades are usually applied quickly; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
