Terms of service

It exists so the shape of the final terms can be reviewed alongside the product. Nothing here is in force.

1. Status of this document

This is a launch draft prepared while Astra Devs Cloud is in preview. It is not a final agreement, has not been reviewed by legal counsel, and does not bind Astra Devs or any customer. Final terms will be published before purchasing opens and will replace this page.

2. What the service will cover

Domain registration, renewal and transfer through a registrar partner; managed website hosting; and managed hosting for custom applications deployed by the Astra Devs team. Each has its own terms from the underlying supplier (registry, registrar, hosting or infrastructure provider) that will be identified in the final version.

3. Demo orders

Demo orders placed in the preview are simulations. They charge nothing, register nothing and provision nothing. Placing a demo order is not an agreement to purchase and is not acceptance of these or any commercial terms.

4. Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials private and for activity under their account. Team access and delegated roles are planned for a later release and will be described when available.

5. Pricing and renewals

All prices shown during the preview are illustrative and marked as preview pricing. Final prices, taxes, renewal rules, refund handling and grace periods will be set out here before launch.

6. Acceptable use

A final acceptable-use policy will cover prohibited content, resource abuse, security obligations and the handling of abuse reports. The draft position is conventional: no unlawful content, no abuse of shared infrastructure, no interference with other customers.

7. Availability and support

No uptime guarantee, service credit scheme or support response time is offered during the preview. Any commitments will be stated explicitly in the final terms; none should be inferred from this draft or from product copy.

8. Changes

This draft may change at any time without notice while the service is in preview.
