In this first release our team performs the initial deployment. You submit a request describing the app, its runtime, repository or deployment notes, and database needs. We review it, ask questions if needed, schedule the deployment and report back in the request thread.
What not to send
Never paste passwords, access tokens or environment variable values into the request or a ticket. Tell us the variable names only. Secret values are handled through a secure configuration step that is separate from this form.
Status meanings
- 1Submitted: received, not yet reviewed.
- 2In review: we're reading it and may ask questions.
- 3Waiting on you: we need something from you to continue.
- 4Scheduled and Deploying: work is booked or in progress.
- 5Completed: the service is running and appears under Apps.
