On a managed plan we handle the platform: the server, PHP version, TLS certificate, core updates and snapshots. You manage your content, theme and plugins. If a plugin update breaks something, the staging environment on Business and Agency plans lets you test first.
Snapshots
Snapshot schedules and retention are shown on each plan. Restoring a snapshot is a support request in this first release; self-service restore is planned.
