Invoices are issued by our billing system and appear under Billing in your dashboard. Statuses are Unpaid, Payment pending, Paid, Overdue and Cancelled. Your accepted quote and invoice show the applicable tax treatment.
Live domain checkout uses Stripe. Payment details are handled by the payment provider. Demo invoices are samples and do not record real payments.
Renewals
Check the renewal preference, expiry date and order status for each domain. Turning off a preference does not reverse an already completed renewal. Contact support about a pending renewal or billing issue.
